The Louisiana SPCA is a non-profit organization with the mission to promote, protect, and advance the well-being of companion animals in the Greater New Orleans community. Since 1888, it’s the oldest and most comprehensive animal welfare group in the state.

Their previous website platform was challenging to edit in the backend. The content structure and flow was also challenging for users to navigate on the frontend. I worked with our team to create a UX strategy including an improved sitemap and website design using WordPress & Gutenberg block editor. Their new website is more user-friendly and intuitive for various team members to confidently manage.
